When Ned arrived our staff were shocked by his state. After they learnt about Bella, they all put money together to save her too and then a few months later Peggy was born.
Arlo & Oakley arrived in April 2023, at just 6 months old.
They were initially introduced to Jack, our male dexter cow, after his girlfriend, Rosary, sadly passed away a few weeks prior to their arrival, and he was delighted to welcome them into his paddock!
Later on in 2023, after rescuing 4 more cows, we decided to moo-ve them out to a bigger field, and have the 7 of them live together.
They will now live out the rest of their days at the sanctuary, surrounded by the love and care they deserve.
