With so much to see and do at the sanctuary, including meeting our 600+ rescue residents, letting the kids burn off some steam in our play area whilst you sit back and relax with a coffee and cake, you’ll want to keep coming back for more!

Season tickets terms & conditions:
- The pass will expire at the end of the season i.e. if you purchase one in January, it’s NOT valid until January the following year – it is only valid until the end of our visitor season which will be the end of November.
- Can only be used during our visitor season, NOT when we close for winter (usually from November to March).
- Cannot be used on event days / weekends. Only general admission – event dates can be found here. For visits during school holidays (Easter holidays, May half-term, summer holidays, and October half-term) there will be a small surcharge to pay for child season ticket holders (this is discounted if booking online).
- Passes must only be used by the individual in which it belongs to – a photo must be submitted during the checkout process which will be printed onto their pass.
- Season passes are non-transferable and must not be sold on to third parties.
- Photocopies of season passes will not be accepted.
- Visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times.
- Opening times are subject to change without notice and no refunds are given should Hopefield Animal Sanctuary have to close due to circumstances beyond its control. Please check our website and social media pages for up-to-date opening hours.
- Failure to present a valid season ticket on arrival will result in a full ticket price needing to be paid.
- Our season tickets cannot be used with any promotional offer or voucher.
- Family Memberships cover four people from the same address and can be any combination of adults and children but must be the same four individuals that attend each time.
