When Ned arrived our staff were shocked by his state. After they learnt about Bella, they all put money together to save her too and then a few months later Peggy was born.
This is Bertha, our Boa Constrictor.
She came to us after her owner had to move premises and wasn’t allowed to take her with him.
She’s currently around 7ft, although the longest reported Boa Constrictor was 13ft!
She’s now happily living her life at Hopefield Animal Sanctuary.
