Free return vouchers can be redeemed, but if you’re visiting with children, a wristband will need to be purchased for them for £4.50 (online) or £6 (on the door).
There are both indoor and outdoor activities, so the event will go ahead come rain or shine!

Groupon vouchers: Halloween Festival exclusion
Please note that Groupon vouchers cannot be redeemed between 24th October and 1st November 2026 inclusive, during our Halloween Festival.
As stated in the terms and conditions on the Groupon website at the time of purchase, vouchers are valid for general admission only and exclude special event dates.
Although our Halloween Festival takes place during the school holidays, it is a special event, so the general admission Groupon offer does not apply. You will need to purchase a Halloween Festival ticket to visit during these dates.
Our toilet block will unfortunately be out of action for the time being. Portaloos will be available on site instead, and we apologise for the inconvenience while we get this resolved.
Unfortunately, our creepy crawlies will also not be on display in the Bug / Pirate Room. Due to the ongoing electrical issues, we’re currently unable to maintain the temperature they need in there, so their welfare has to come first. They’ve been temporarily moved to a warmer area of the sanctuary which isn’t accessible to the public.
