Work on our marmoset enclosure is underway

Good news! Work has started on our new awesome marmoset enclosure which is going to be an amazing new space for our family of marmosets.

There have been a few delays thanks to 2024’s abysmal weather, but we’re all very excited now construction is underway. This is a very exciting project for us and just in time for the new primate laws (full laws can be seen here) that are coming out. While they are not strict enough it’s a start. The new enclosure will include a larger heated house, an undercover winter enclosure and a much larger outside area, all planted naturally with plenty of enrichment.
