RIP Tyler: A true gentleman in horse form

Tyler’s passing is going to leave a huge hole in the Hopefield horse fields

It was a huge, heartbreaking shock to everyone this morning to have to say goodbye to the most amazing horse ever, Tyler.

Tyler arrived in 2013 in horrendous condition after being rescued from a site where he had been left to starve. The damage was so bad that he ended up in intensive care twice in the first few months after his rescue, and sadly even though he was nursed back to health, it did leave some lasting damage to his intestines which meant he had to be on a special diet.

He was such a cheeky boy, putting his head in places it shouldn’t be, but he was always the best for cuddles. The field will not be the same without him in it.
