We’ve been making the most of the January sales!
Wow, this is a hard one to write… this afternoon we had to say a heartbreaking goodbye to our lovely Tilly the cat.
Tilly came to us at just a few days old, after being found in some bushes by dogs with no sign anywhere of their mum. Sadly, we lost one of the kittens, but the others responded really well, and continued to be bottlefed (through the night!) by Dave & Lianne for weeks.
For many years, Tilly would be found curled up on the printer in the office, or welcoming visitors as they came into the gift shop. She would love nothing more than dribbling on a shoulder or munching on her favourite snack, Dreamies. In her later years, Tilly enjoyed a quieter life and she would spend most of her time in the warmth of the newly renovated cat area with her feline friends.
Tilly had a long, happy life with us at the sanctuary where she was showered with love, but after a short illness, her time had come, and she’s now reunited with her brother Ollie, and sister, Moggs.
