Plant-based cafe in Essex: Max’s Cafe has had a glow-up!

There have been a lot of changes, as well as the glow-up, and we’ve got a great new menu that will, hopefully, showcase how tasty plant-based food can be!

We’ve put a lot of effort into making it budget-busting too, and have introduced a grab-and-go system. All hot drinks have been upsized so you get more for your money, meal deals are now available, and there will be plenty of delicious choices for everyone.

Our new grab-and-go system will not only help with alleviating queues in busy times, but will also reduce the number of staff needed – something that is essential this year as we are facing large wage increases in April, and we’re trying to avoid passing on extra costs to our customers.

We can’t wait to see you soon! The sanctuary is also re-opening on 28th March and as one of the best places to see animals in Essex, we’re hoping to have as many people as possible down this year for a wholesome, educational, ethical day out – all washed down with an amazing slice of cake and a cuppa.
