Jasmine passed away peacefully at the remarkable age of 34, after spending 11 happy years here at Hopefield, always by the side of her devoted best friend, Belle. While little is known about Jasmine’s early life, we do know she endured a very difficult beginning, having been left to starve in a field and arriving at Hopefield in an extremely poor condition.
It is a comfort to know that, for more than a decade, Jasmine experienced nothing but kindness, safety, and love. She spent her final years in peace and dignity, and passed quietly in her stable this afternoon, surrounded by people who cherished her deeply.
Although we are heartbroken to say goodbye, we take solace in knowing that Jasmine’s later life was everything she deserved. Belle is now spending time with Benji and Fen for companionship, and our dedicated team will be closely monitoring her as she adjusts to the loss of her lifelong friend.
Rest in peace, beautiful Jasmine. You will always be remembered.
