Great news for our rescued marmosets! Hopefield has officially received its primate licence, meeting the UK’s highest welfare standards.
We’re delighted to introduce the newest member of the Hopefield family – beautiful little Flo the lamb.
At just 7 weeks old, this adorable lamb arrived at the sanctuary and has at the weekend and has already stolen the hearts of everyone she’s met. With her gentle nature, curious personality and love of attention, it didn’t take long for us to fall completely in love with her. Flo is still settling into her new surroundings, but she’s already proving to be a confident little character. She enjoys exploring, making new friends and, most importantly, receiving plenty of fuss from her carers. We’re sure she’ll settle into sanctuary life in no time at all.
Every animal who arrives at Hopefield has their own story, but what they all have in common is the chance to enjoy life as they should – safe, cared for and valued as individuals. Flo’s future is now one filled with comfort, companionship and the freedom to simply enjoy being a lamb.
As she grows, Flo will become part of our ever-growing sanctuary family, where she will be loved and cared for throughout her life. We can’t wait to watch her personality blossom and share her journey with all of our supporters.
