We are so excited to welcome everyone back to the sanctuary, but there are a few important things that you must be aware of:
We will be opening for an exclusive member’s day on Monday 12th April, and to the general public from Tuesday 13th April.
You will need to pre-book your session – if you arrive at the sanctuary without booking, entry will not be permitted. This allows us to safely manage the number of visitors on site.
It’s essential that you read through our COVID-19 Health & Safety policy prior to visiting.
You will be temperature checked on arrival.
It is compulsory to wear a mask in Max’s Café and the Gift Shop (unless under the age of 11 or exempt).
NHS staff can get concession entry and a free drink when showing a valid NHS ID
If the government guidelines change and we cannot open, we will reschedule tickets where possible, or issue a full refund.
