You can also wander round and meet our rescued residents, read their stories and find out why they ended up in our care, enjoy delicious refreshments from Max’s Café, and treat the little ones (or yourself!) in our gift shop on your way out.

Once tickets have been purchased, you’ll receive a confirmation email which must be shown on arrival.

• If you need to cancel or transfer your booking please be aware that this can be done up to 48 hours prior to your visit. If you contact us after this time window we will not be able to amend your booking.
• We cannot transfer or refund your booking due to bad weather.
