Christmas at Ho-Ho-Hopefield

Our elves are already busy behind the scenes, working their Christmas socks off to make this year’s event more magical than ever. We’ve also listened carefully to feedback from last year—particularly regarding the timings for Santa’s Grotto—and have made changes to help the experience run more smoothly and reduce waiting times for families.

*21st, 22nd & 23rd December are premium dates

Get in the festive spirit with Christmas at Ho-Ho-Hopefield!

With both indoor and outdoor activities, Christmas at Ho-Ho-Hopefield will go ahead come rain, snow or shine—so please dress for the weather!

This is a family event designed for those visiting with children, so please do not make adult-only bookings.

Please note that all bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We can’t wait to welcome you for a wonderfully festive day at Ho-Ho-Hopefield!

⚠️ IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING — ARRIVAL TIME SLOTS ⚠️

The time slot you select when booking is the time during which you MUST begin your Christmas experience. This is NOT your allocated time to enter Santa’s Grotto.

Once you arrive, children will begin by writing their letter to Santa and spending a short amount of time with Mrs Claus and/or our Christmas Elves. You will then continue through the experience before making your way around to Santa’s Grotto. This means you will meet Santa after your selected arrival time.

Every stage of the event has been carefully planned around the number of families due to arrive within each time slot. The experience will only run smoothly—and waiting times will only remain manageable—if everyone arrives within their booked slot.

If you miss your selected arrival time, we will be unable to place you back into your original slot. Your party will be moved to the back of the queue, and you could face a significant wait before we are able to begin your Christmas experience.

Please check your booking confirmation carefully, plan your journey in advance and allow plenty of time to arrive. We want every family to have the most magical experience possible, and your cooperation with these timings is incredibly important in helping us achieve that.
