Please note: this is a SEASON ticket, not an annual pass. It is only valid for the duration of Hopefield’s visitor season, which typically runs from late March through to early–mid December each year.

Season Ticket Terms & Conditions (please read before purchasing):

Validity

Season Tickets are valid for one visitor season only, from the official opening date in late March until the end of our visitor season in early–mid December.
Season Tickets are not annual passes and do not roll over into the following season.
Expiry dates are fixed and cannot be extended, including in cases of unforeseen closures, poor weather, or personal circumstances.

Usage

Tickets are non-transferable and can only be used by the named individual(s).
Proof of ID may be requested upon entry.
Season Tickets permit general admission only and may not include access to all special events unless stated.

Discounts & Perks

Holders receive 10% off purchases in Max’s Café and the Gift Shop.
A 10% discount is available on special events.
Discounts apply only to the Season Ticket holder(s).

Cancellations & Refunds

Season Tickets are non-refundable.
Hopefield reserves the right to amend opening dates, times, or facilities at any point for animal welfare, maintenance, or safety reasons.
