Our goats have been thoroughly enjoying a festive treat thanks to a real Christmas tree generously donated by House & Jackson — thank you for your support.

After the festive season, many people are unsure how to responsibly dispose of real Christmas trees. While Hopefield is no longer accepting additional tree donations this year, other local animal rescues may still be able to make good use of them.

Real Christmas trees can provide safe enrichment for animals such as goats, alpacas and sheep, who enjoy browsing the branches as a natural and seasonal treat. Donating trees to suitable animal sanctuaries helps reduce waste while supporting animal welfare.
