What This Means for You and Your Family
Children aged 6 to 15 who earn a Blue Peter Badge – recognised for creativity, environmental action, or other achievements – will now be able to enjoy FREE entry into Hopefield Animal Sanctuary when accompanied by a full-paying adult.
Hopefield, located in the heart of Essex and one of the most ethical places to see animals in the South East, is home to a large number of rescued animals, ranging from pigs and ponies to alpacas to donkeys. We’re also one of the largest exotic animal rescues in the UK, and while we can only have these more unusual residents’ areas open 6 times per year due to us not having a zoo license, there is still lots of info about them on site for you to learn about. We can’t wait for Blue Peter families to connect with rescued animals while supporting a worthy cause, all in one visit.
