When Ned arrived our staff were shocked by his state. After they learnt about Bella, they all put money together to save her too and then a few months later Peggy was born.
He arrived in July 2021, after his owner sadly passed away, and the family could no longer keep him, and wanted him to be able to interact with other birds. He quickly settled into sanctuary life, but definitely chooses to spend his time with people over his new feathered friends!
He loves to play with earrings, and his favourite music is anything by Elton John. He also loves to hold his human friends hostage when it comes to them leaving the aviary, as he just won’t let go of them. He’s definitely a firm favourite amongst everyone.
