When Ned arrived our staff were shocked by his state. After they learnt about Bella, they all put money together to save her too and then a few months later Peggy was born.
There is nothing but joy and love in every cell of this big baby’s body, and we just had to find room for him before the unthinkable happened. If we could save them all we would and it breaks our heart that we can’t.
The endless tragedy of so many dumped animals is something we deal with every day and it will never ever not devastate us that humans can discard their pets like rubbish.
Rufus now lives with our beautiful Blu, and this duo hit it off straight away. We’re so pleased that they found comfort in each other, and that they’ll be safe for the rest of their lives.
