Staff were just about to close up for the day, when someone arrived with 5 tiny kittens, no older than a day or two. They had been found in some bushes by dogs, who actually dragged them out, and sadly there was no sign of their mother. As they were only a few days old, their eyes weren’t even open yet, and then had to be bottle fed. They were incredibly weak and dehydrated, and sadly we lost one of them. The other 4 responded really well, and were bottle fed through the night for weeks. Ollie is a loving, friendly cat who loves to be around people. He’s also a bit of an escape artist, and has hitched a ride to Chelmsford before in the back of someone’s van!
