After the success of our animal meet and greets, feeds and educational talks over the summer, we’ve extended the schedule to EVERY weekend
As we head into autumn, we will be open Thursday – Monday with pre-bookable tickets available two weeks in advance.
QR Code Scanning
From Thursday 24th September, it will be a legal requirement for us to display official NHS QR code posters at the entrance, and around the sanctuary. This is in partnership with the NHS Covid-19 app that is being rolled out nationally on 24th September. You will be able to scan the code from the NHS app on your mobile device upon arrival. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to get in touch with us.
Rule of 6
Due to the latest government legislation coming into force from Monday 14th September, we have amended our ticketing system to only allow bookings of 6 people (maximum). As the Government have stated, large families are exempt from this, and are able to book (although in two separate bookings). It is imperative that we, as an organisation, follow these guidelines rigidly, and maintain our Covid-safe reputation. Anyone that is found to not be following these guidelines when on site will be asked to disperse their groups, and failure to do this will result in us politely asking you to leave the sanctuary.
