Happy Pollinator Week! Pollinator week is running from the 21st of June – 27th of June 2021. It is an annual event that is celebrated internationally to support all pollinators! 🌸🐝
Pollinators are not just bees but also birds, bats, beetles, butterflies and other small mammals. Did you know that pollinators sustain our ecosystems and produce our natural resources? Also it is said that between 75% – 95% of ALL flowering plants need help with pollination thus the need for pollinators!
Just simple acts like planting your own flowers at home e.g. lavender, wild lilac and sunflowers will help pollinators get enough nectar and pollen!
