One of the hardest parts of animal rescue is having to say goodbye, and last week we had to say goodbye to Peaches the pig.
On Saturday 20th August we went on a 6-hour round trip to collect 11 bunnies, rescued from T&S Rabbits – a cruel organisation responsible for the farming of rabbits for use within the fur and meat trade.
These poor guys were being kept in awful conditions, but will now spend the rest of their lives at the sanctuary, being shown what love and kindness is.
We’d like to say a huge well done to Shut Down T&S Rabbits for campaigning to get this evil farms shut down.
They’ll now need health checks, vaccinating, castrating / spaying, along with a new enclosure which we’ll be starting to build ASAP. Any donations, no matter how big or small, towards these costs would be greatly appreciated by all of us: https://www.gofundme.com/f/car…
