Little Tan was living in someone’s back garden until it was clear that a back garden wasn’t an adequate home for a Shetland pony so he came to live at Hopefield. We spent a lot of time spent with him so he got used to being handled and groomed. Little Tan is now such a cheeky little pony and loves to be groomed by people and is especially good with children when the sanctuary holds grooming days.
